SITEC, Inc. is a full service civil and environmental engineering and land use planning firm.

We are civil engineers, land use planners, environmental scientists and landscape architects. We provide a comprehensive cross sec­tion of professional services to both the public and private sectors. These services include the preparation of site development feasibility reports and engineered site plans, the design of run-off control, sewage disposal and water distribution systems and the completion of associated environmental impact reports.   

We are specialists in zoning and the environmental permitting process.   

Our projects represent a wide range of land uses from day-care facilities to landfills; from low income, high density housing projects to high income, low density waterfront homes; and from retail shopping centers to commercial office buildings.  We are committed to properly planned, properly engineered and properly executed land development.

We are headquartered in historic New Bedford, Massachusetts with a satellite office in Marshfield,  Massachusetts. Our primary service areas are the South Shore and Greater Boston, the Cape and Islands and the Massachusetts South Coast and Rhode Island.
